More than 10 years of work experience, eight years as Key Account Manager with at least four of those years serving international clients across Europe and an accumulated annual revenue of up to 7 Mio Euro. Driven to deliver results by creating win-win situations for both clients and employer. Focus on identifying the needs of clients and to build trustful and successful business relationships. Strategical thinking was always foundation of success. Studying in Germany, USA, China, and UAE generated a high level of social and cultural skills, and knowledge about global economies. Successfully participated the Hult Impact Challenge (Entrepreneurial challenge across all steps of founding a company; from the idea to a business plan) with outstanding results through collaboration in an international team. Founding and running a business with all important aspects is a well-known responsibility. Consulted the General Management of Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi on metrics of Behavioral Economics. Not just practical experience but also regular working on Harvard Business School cases taught how to identify and to solve a problem in an operating company.

 

KP Management and Solutions was founded to support especially small- and medium-sized enterprises to improve the efficiency in processes and thus to increase the net margin profit.
